Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason we will gladly replace it
for you within 20 days of product shipment. Before mailing any
merchandise back to us you will need to receive an authorization number. Please fill out the RMA request form. |

Defective Products
Any product that is defective will be replaced at no cost to you. You must
contact us within 20 days of date shipment. Consumable merchandise is
not returnable. All defective products require a DMA number (Defective
Merchandise Authorization) you will need to contact us in order to receive
this number. Please fill out the DMA request form. |

Returns
Merchandise that is customized is not returnable unless there is an error
caused by us. Consumable merchandise is not returnable. Items that are
from are standard stock are returnable for 20 days from date of shipment.
The customer will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the product
back to us on returned items unless the item is being returned because of
an error caused by us. All returns require a RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization) you will need to contact us in order to receive
this number. Please fill out the RMA request form.

Shipping
We ship using the United Postal Service. During check out you will be
able to choose a shipping option. During check out UPS will verify that
they ship to your address. |

Picture Policy
If you mail a picture we will return it to you with your order. Your picture
will be scanned into our computers for product production. In order to
serve you better we will store all pictures received for two years. This will
allow us to reprint orders or process new orders without having to wait
for the picture. No pictures will be stored on web servers, users will not
have the ability to view pictures. After a two years we will remove your
picture from or computer, if you would like it to be removed sooner you
may e-mail us. Original photos sent to or purchased from beyondlabels.com and Beyond Labels or property of the photographer or Beyond Labels. These images cannot be reproduced without written permission from the photographer or Beyond Labels. All copyright laws apply. |

Credit Card
You will need to have a pay pal account in order to use
your credit card. Beyond Labels and beyondlabels.com do not store or processes your credit card. |

Pay Pal
For credit card orders we currently only accept Pay Pal. You will need
to open a Pay Pal account. During check out if you choose credit card
you will be automatically sent to the Pay Pal web site. Using there
secure server you will enter your credit card information. |

Check / Money Order
If you would like to pay by check or money order please fill out the order form and mail it to Beyond Labels. If you check is returned by the bank there will be a $35.00 fee charges. All orders paid by check will not be shipped until the check clears. |

Stock Photos
Stock Photos purchased in a frame cannot be reproduced, edited, re-sold, printed in catalogue, used on web site and Beyond Labels maintains all copyright laws. Stock Photos purchased as a image file become licensed to the purchaser for there use only and cannot be re-sold. Stock Photos purchased as an image files can be edited, reproduced, used on web pages, printings and copyright laws are shared between Beyond Labels and the purchased. Beyond Labels reserves the right to continue selling the image. If you would like exclusive rights to an image please contact us for pricing.
