Placing an Order:
You can place an order, several different ways:
- Click the
button next to the item you would like to purchase. In order to purchase several item you must pay for them individually. Once you click the buy now button you will be taken to a secure Pay Pal web site were you can then enter your payment information.
- You can fill out the on line order form, then print it an mail check or money order.
- You can simple write a letter including item number of product wanted, mailing address and contact information. Mail check or money order to beyond labels.

Confirming or Checking Order Status:
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed and processed (usually within 24 hours). If you have not received this e-mail or would like further confirmation please contact us.
- To check your order status please contact us requesting a order status update.

Cancel an Order:
An order can be cancelled up to the time it has been shipped. You will receive a tracking e-mail once your order is shipped. You may be required to pay a small processing fee depending if your order has been printed and only if it is customized. Once your order is shipped it cannot be cancelled and must be returned please see Returns. |

Returns:
Before an item can be returned you must request a RMA (return merchandise authorization). Fill out the RMA FORM and request a return. Once the request has been processed you will receive a e-mail with further instructions. |

Make a Damage Claim:
If your merchandse is damaged during shipping you should contact UPS in order to make a damage claim. Once a claim has been submitted to UPS you must then re-order your merchandise. If you feel that the merchandise was damaged and is the fault of Beyond Labels please contact us. |

Log In and Forgotten Passwords
beyondlabels.com does require or ask that any users create a account. Therefore you will not need a password. You do not need an account with Pay Pal to place an order either.
